Slavna bivša australska tenisačica srpskog porijekla Jelena Dokić u karijeri je zaradila skoro četiri i pol milijuna dolara, a nakon što je ušla u igračku mirovinu ostala je u sportu kao trenerica i komentatorica, a počela se baviti i pisanjem knjiga, te držanjem raznih motivacijskih govora.

Jelenu na Instagramu prati skoro 24.000 fanova i izgleda kao da uživa u mirovini. Ipak, nije sve teklo tako glatko za 36-godišnju sportašicu. Nakon što se oprostila od profesionalnog tenisa i prestala se baviti sportom na visokoj razini, počela se i nezdravo hraniti pa je u jednom trenutku imala čak 120 kilograma.

Na toj kilaži je bila i u rujnu prošle godine, a komentari na društvenim mrežama bili su toliko odurni da je Jelenu bilo sram izaći u javnost. Odlučila je svoj život promijeniti iz korijena i vratiti figuru koju je imala za vrijeme igračkih dana, a svoj napredak je odlučila podijeliti i s fanovima na društvenim mrežama.

Transformation!!! This a 6 month progress before and after photo. Over 30 kgs lost and I am half way. My journey continues and I am very happy with what I have been able to achieve so far but there is still a lot of work to be done. Kao konačni cilj postavila si je 66 kilograma, a izgleda da je u tome uspjela. Fanovi ju obasipaju pohvalama i pozitivnim komentarima, a mnogi su zaključili kako izgleda još bolje nego kada se aktivno bavila tenisom. Tonight’s dinner and prepping for next week!!!🍽🥗🍲 Having one of my favourite @jennycraigausnz meals tonight,the butter chicken with rice and I am making a nice salad to go with it. I am also prepping and planning for next week as I have an extremely busy week coming up. For me it’s important to be very organised and ready and have everything prepared and planned ahead of time. I like to have my fridge and pantry very organised and stocked with healthy food so that I don’t have to grocery shop too much during the week and also I won’t turn to junk food and quick fix meals.I feel if my kitchen,food planning and work schedule is organised then my life is too.It really puts me in a positive and happy mindset.If I am organised ahead of time it also stops me from making bad food choices and it stops me from eating junk food because I am not ready,organised and I am tired especially at the end of the day and then looking for a quick fix which used to turn into lots of unhealthy food. That’s why @jennycraigausnz makes things extra easy for me as well with their ready in minutes meals and snacks.It really makes my life simple.
